I alllllways have a pac in my gym bag, 2 in my office snack drawer (for when I am too busy to grab lunch) and I often even keep one in my purse just in case. They’re pretty much a road trip/travel essential.

To celebrate this awesome giveaway, I made a batch of Primal PacBalls. What dat is, you say? Well, I’ll tell you. It’s a meatball made out of Primal Pacs! Haha #dontjudge
- 1 jerky only pac
- 2 sausage links (I used a spicy blend)
- 1/4 onion
- 2 eggs
- 1/5 cup almond flour
- Itty bitty almond milk
- 1 tbsp chopped greek olives (or olive tapenade)
- garlic pow
- black pepper
- Mix almond flour with almond milk, let sit
- Loosely chop jerky
- Toss jerky into food processor (I used Vitamix)
- Pulse until jerky is nicely chopped up
- Add sausage, onion, eggs, olives and spices
- Add almond flour/milk mixture in last
- Pulse the mixture a little
- Then blend a little (keeping the mix chunky)
- Roll meat mush into balls
- Place on baking sheet
- Bake 25 min at 350 degrees
Now you have appetizers or more savory Paleo snacks to nom on.
