Bake @ 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
Eat right away & you get soft, warm, gooey dates.
Let sit & cool down & you get hard caramel or taffy-like consistency. Harder to eat but it’s kind of like candy. It’s fun. Try it. I bake a bunch, let cool and keep them in a container for the times my sweet tooth starts kicking.
